2010 was certainly a bittersweet year for Sandra Bullock.
She adopted an adorable baby boy and won an Academy Award for Best Actress, but behind closed doors her husband Jesse James was getting busy with tatted up biker chicks.
One year later Sandra says she's a "better person" after everything she went through.
Looking flawless in a red Vera Wang gown Sandra told NBC's Maria Menounos, "I just did my first day of work in over a year and a half on Friday." She's shooting a new flick Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close with Tom Hanks in NYC.
"It's made me a better person. I'm more patient and accommodating. I really appreciate where I am."
When asked about her night one year ago she remembers it being a big blur. "I only had two hours of sleep," Sandy told E! News' Ryan Seacrest. "I remember none of it."
I'm assuming the last comment was for Jesse, who got engaged to Kat Von D just months after the scandal broke. Who would want to remember that!?
