Bieber Fever was alive and well in New York City as teen sensationJustin Bieber got to see his wax figure unveiled at the famous Madame Tussauds museum.After admiring the wax figure up close and playing and fixing its hair, Bieber was asked whether he ever expected to be "waxed": "Not at all, it's pretty incredible to see. And as you can see, you know, I'm at least six feet taller than this guy."
The 17-year-old singer also thanked the enthusiastic crowd gathered for the unveiling: "I want to say thank you for all your support, and helping me make this happen. And thank you Madame Tussauds for all your hard work and getting it out. Thank you, it looks awesome, it looks great."
There was one slight difference between the real Justin and his wax statue - the figure has Bieber's old hairstyle, which is visibly longer since the teen idol recently made headlines by trimming his signature locks.
