After being sentenced to jail for a probation violation on Friday, Lindsay Lohan was released just hours later.
Lohan was back in court today for a preliminary hearing regarding her theft case involving an allegedly stolen necklace from Kamofie & Co., a Venice, CA jewelry store.
Judge Stephanie Sautner granted a motion to drop the actress' case down from a felony charge to a misdemeanor, sentencing Lohan to over two months behind bars and setting her bail at $75,000.
Lohan became a free woman at 9:21 PM on Friday night.
