beauty secrets, Exposed!

There are many skin products that claim to be the best in the world which actually harm your skin. If you are really disappointed with synthetic ranges, the good news is that you will find it in your own kitchen. Here are some of my beauty secret.

1. Strawberries
The natural enzymes and essential fruit acids present in strawberries help to exfoliate dead skin cells on the outer surface of your skin. Strawberries also have very plentiful amounts of vitamin C which help you to fight against inflammations and give a refreshing glow and lift to tired skin.

2. Tomatoes
Tomatoes have excellent anti-oxidant properties, vitamin A and act as a natural astringent. Grate one fresh tomato well. Add 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder and half a tablespoon of china clay. Mix all these ingredients well, using rosewater. Apply to your face and allow it to settle for 20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.

3. Honey
Honey has marvelous benefits, because it acts as natural humectant and draws moisture to your skin. Honey also has natural anti-bacterial properties that can help you to protect your skin from various skin infections.
Mix together one tablespoon of honey, one grated potato and the egg white of one egg. Apply to your face, allow it to dry for 15 minutes and rinse well with cold water.

4. Sugar
Sugar acts as wonderful body scrub and helps in your regular exfoliation process. Take a few cups of sugar and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. As sugar doesn’t melt in oil, the grains of sugar help you to exfoliate dead cells present. Add a few drops of essential oil for an aromatic essence.

5. Cucumber
Cucumber can make your skin particularly your face or eyes have this calm feeling. Just sliced the cucumber and place it on to of your eyes. If you want it in a mask form, you grate the cucumber and the potato. Put it in the chiller for 2mins. Afterwards you spread it all over your face and leave till it dry. then rinse thoroughly. wahhhla! you have a calm and smooth skin.

6. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is good for our body. But did you know it is good for our skin too?! (This is my favorite!) Have an oatmeal bath. Mix water and oatmeal (best if you use it in tub). Soak or apply the oatmeal mixture to your body and leave it for 10-15minutes then rinse it thoroughly. You will have a smooth and healthy skin.

7. Tea
Tea is the best prevention for all kinds of diseases. It help fight against mutagenic agents, delay aging, help fight high blood pressure, help fight against viral and bacterial infection, and help improve the functions of the digestive and excretory systems. If it can cleans the tummy why not your skin. Just soak the tea bag in a basin with water. Then use it to wash your body.

8. Milk
Milk give calcium in the body. calcium needed for muscle contraction, but calcium lends to our bone structure, bone recovery (re-calcification), and bone health as well. Drink milk but not much that your body can no longer handle. A glass or 2 glasses a day is enough.
Have you heard the Milk Bath? I am pretty sure you did. So try to have a milk bath, this will make your skin younger and beautiful. One more thing, before going to sleep, apply a little amount of milk on your face. (Best if you leave it overnight.) This will minimize or prevent the fine lines on your face.
