Lindsay Lohan spoke out on Thursday, one day after she was charged with felony grand theft.
The beleaguered starlet tweeted, "Was on the phone with my sister&this movie Greenberg is on, i heard my voice which was odd- and ryhs ifans is watching Just My Luck in the movie- made me laugh.."
She continued, "i just want to be on set again, and left alone to just work! fyi- i would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal... also, what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it's just absurd. god bless xox L"
Lohan, who starred in 2006's 'Just My Luck,' was arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles on one count of felony grand theft, after allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a California jewelry store.
The judge had harsh words, telling Lohan Wednesday, "I'm trying to put this as polite as possible. … You're in a different situation now that a felony has been filed against you. … You now have a pending felony case. If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail. … You need to follow the laws just like everybody else. … You're no different than anyone else so please don't push your luck."

CNN reports that Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said Thursday, "Ms. Lohan maintains her innocence, and now that I've seen the police reports, I believe the case is entirely defensible. Having said that, we will entertain a discussion concerning a plea if it means no jail so that she can move forward with her recovery and her career."
Lohan was recently released from the Betty Ford Center after a judge ordered her into rehab. She had been on probation related to a 2007 misdemeanor DUI case, but that probation was revoked Wednesday.
