In a recent Details.com shoot, Joe takes viewers on a quick trip through his workout routine, which he conveniently dubbed his "werewolf workout," in honor of his character on the show.
From diamond push-ups and cable flys to bench press and pull-ups, Joe shows us a few of his go-to exercises in the gym he uses to stay healthy and lean for his role in the hit supernatural tv series.
