Aaron Spelling's old mansion finally has a tenant, though it's someone you wouldn't expect.
The late producer's 57,000-square-foot Los Angeles home is slated to be sold to 22-year-old Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Petra, daughter of British billionaire and Formula One racing boss Bernie Ecclestone, is said to have purchased the expensive home due to the fact that she'll be splitting her time between Los Angeles and London after her marriage to entrepreneur James Stunt later this summer.
Candy Spelling and her late husband Aaron began building what is now considered the largest home in Los Angeles back in 1991. This sale comes as no surprise as Ms. Spelling has been wanting to downsize, having closed on a 15,555-square-foot Century City condo for $35 million in December 2010.
With the deal finalized, it sort of begs the question, "What about Tori [Spelling]?"
