The 25-year-old pop phenom has also topped Forbes' Celebrity 100 List, earning $90 million through her "Monster Tour" as well as other album sales. She replaced Oprah Winfrey, the reigning queen of the list who's dropped to #2, thanks to her 38 million Facebook fans and knack for attracting attention.
Justin Bieber debuted at second on the Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30 list, raking in $53 million. Other celebrities under 30 on both lists include $45 million dollar-makingTaylor Swift, LeBron James, who pocketed $48 million, Katy Perry, who scored $44 million and Beyonce' Knowles, with an estimated $35 million in earnings this past year. Social, web, tv/radio and press ranks all add to the success of the celebrities that puts them on this power list.
